He listens and finds out what the customer wants before showing cars. He is most knowledgeable about all the vehicles so the customer can be assured they will drive away in the best vehicle for them. Adam Hensley in the service department is great. He always knows what needs to be done with one's car and sees that everything is perfect when the customer drives out after the vehicle has been serviced. We have been customers at Quebedeaux for 40 years, beginning when we first came to Tucson. We were using the service department and when it was time the next year to buy a new car, we bought it there and have been most happy all these years. This is not the "typical' dealership. There is no pressure, threats or anything. It's always a civil discussion between the employee and the customer. Finally, if there is something wrong with the car, it is corrected so that there is no need to return over and over for the same problem. More

Unprofessional Staff Went in to look at used vehicles and was shocked at the unprofessionalism throughout this dealership! The car broke down a couple of times with major engine problems within 4 months of purchasing the car. They were not willing to do anything for me. The person actually said "well, then why don't you fix i problems within 4 months of purchasing the car. They were not willing to do anything for me. The person actually said "well, then why don't you fix it yourself?" on the phone. After being charged thousands of dollars for repair, i found that they did not even screw the parts properly which caused shaking of the engine. I would never buy another vehicle from them again and i would never recommend them to anyone. More
i have purchased many vehicles and because of the poor customer service and the cross town pontiac dealer i wanted to try someone else. This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. I went in to have my car serviced and when I came back they told me they replaced the rack pinon, and it was free as the car was on warranty. Less then six months later, when my car was no longer on warra they told me they replaced the rack pinon, and it was free as the car was on warranty. Less then six months later, when my car was no longer on warranty, my car was making horrible clanking noises. I took it two three different mechanics and was told it was making noises as the casing around the rack pinion was not put together correctly. I took my car back to Quebedeaux, as they state they warranty their work. First I was told they do not touch the casing....later I was told there was no way when they DID touch the casing, that it could have been put back on incorrectly. Then they told me I owed $41, for them took look at the car. I left with an estimate of over $800 for a job I didn't authorize or ask to be done, which was done incorrectly and ended in extreme damage. They are incompetent. They are liars and do not back their work. More
