Level up...a positive, straightforward, and supportive exper I purchased my car about a week and a half ago. Today, I am just as happy with my purchase as I was when I left the dealer. Ervin W in the preowne I purchased my car about a week and a half ago. Today, I am just as happy with my purchase as I was when I left the dealer. Ervin W in the preowned department supported me throughtout the entire process. He made sure to educate me on the pros and cons of purchasing a used car. It is a major decision to finance a car. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave in a better car than I drove in with. Todd in financing was very transparent about my deal and called me back when he had a better deal. The ladies of Quebedeuxs front desk were professional and welcoming. Thank you so much. More

Quebedeaux - Always a great experience!! I call Adam for service to my 2016 Yukon Denali. The Oil change, Tire rotation, & replaced Tire, under Road Hazard, was completed in less time than e I call Adam for service to my 2016 Yukon Denali. A lot of problem with my truck and they can’t fix it I took my truck because my transmission went out. They had it in the shop almost 1 month, they told me my truck was ready to pick it up. I left the dealership the truck was running really bad. So I called them back and told them that my truck was running bad.They told me to bring it back So I took it backand, they call me the next day they told me that the truck was ready and it was running perfectly fine so I went to pick it up I left The dealership the truck still running really really bad so I called them back and they told me That there was nothing else they could do to it. So my truck still running really bad not shifting right. More

Not so great I bought a used vehicle. The price was over the Carfax suggested retail for that vehicle. Due to the Cosmetic flaws and the fact that it's going to ne I bought a used vehicle. The price was over the Carfax suggested retail for that vehicle. Due to the Cosmetic flaws and the fact that it's going to need about $800 worth of new tires I'm not entirely sure why the price was higher than it should have been. Unfortunately I should know better than to buy a vehicle at night because you don't see a lot of those flaws until the daytime. I tried to leave several times because I wasn't really sure that I wanted to have to pay what they were asking for the vehicle but I was talked into staying multiple times. What I had agreed upon price-wise was then raised once I got to finance. I had my mother as a cosigner and they did not even run her credit. After talking to Shawn and finance she said she could probably get me a lower interest rate. So I tentatively signed the paperwork. About 2 weeks after signing the papers I get a call from Shawn saying that the financing was going to be different and the payment is now $58 more than it was previously. I also made an appointment to come in to have both me and my mother sign the new paperwork and Shawn did not bother to show up. I also had let Irving know that the air conditioning and heater had started making a loud weird noise and he told me that he did not believe there was a warranty on that vehicle and there was nothing he could do for me. So customer service not so great the fact that I just spent $12,000 which is really after financing about $17,000 for a vehicle and being told I'm sorry I can't help you two weeks after purchase is unbelievable. This is not an experience or a dealership that I would recommend to anybody and if I know anybody who's buying a new car I will steer them far far away from your dealership. More
