It never worked properly at all until 23 May 2019 - I purchased December 2018. 2. left roof rail molding is loose - he told me that it’s been ordered and let me know when he gets it. 3. First oil change, he took care of everything included multipoint vehicle inspections, rotated tires, and washed suv as well. Of course oil change. I wasn’t happy for side blind spot light but it’s fixed now.. I feel much better. More

Smooth sailing to finish Made appointment with used sales, was greeted with enthusiasm and the truck in question was available for my test drive. Piss poor attitude from sales member Before I came to the dealership I verified with USAA and even got a text from the dealership stating one vehicle was there I was coming to look at...u Before I came to the dealership I verified with USAA and even got a text from the dealership stating one vehicle was there I was coming to look at...upon arrival it wasn't sold a few days prior. Secondly, the sales person I dealt with had a poor attitude seemed timid and unsure on doing things. He may be new ..name is Mario. Now as far as after purchasing the vehicle I left a voicemail for him that Saturday following he Friday purchase asking for the service history and never received a call back. I called again on Monday and left another voicemail and again no return. Thus Tuesday rolled around and I called the dealership and requested anybody with knowledge of the vehicles service history as the vehicle was stating it had 14% oil life left and received the car with about 1/8 of a tank of gas(not too upset on the gas)...I got the answer of "we service all our vehicles our technician must of forgotten to reset the tracker"....overall yes the dealership was great compared to others I went to but the one person I dealt with was poor. Will not work with him again. More
