Meeting Ervin Wilson was the first sign there was a light at the end of a stressful tunnel. He greeted me with a smile, humor and most of all a firm hand shake. He was patient and explained all the details without leaving a shred of doubt. Within an hour of looking for a vehicle he assured me when I was ready he’d have the paperwork ready. I was having trouble with my infotainment system. Adam, the service writer got my problem fixed in no time at all. Adam treated me with respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer, even though I didn't buy my vehicle there. When I went to another local dealership, looking for help, the first question they asked me was: "Did you buy it from us?" Quebedeaux Never asked me that! And, even though my issue was being taken care of under warranty, they still treated me like I was important to them. I will be there customer for life. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.
