Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I would give your dealership five stars except that I have accompanied my two sisters to Tucson Subaru for their oil changes. They have courtesy shuttle service that takes their customers to the local areas and call them when their cars are done and come get them. No matter how old their cars are. They even give out loaners for long time service work. I think your dealership should definitely up its game to at least the shuttle level. Our next service, we are told, will be $75ish. And to have to hoof it to McDonalds or the closest restaurant is not something I’m looking forward to repeating. Also, we were NOT called when our car was done. We walked back and just happened to see it sitting out in the lane. We had told the service man that we were leaving and verified he had our phone number. More

Like a balloon. Great in the beginning fully inflated and floating around perfectly fine. Great in the middle plenty of wind in my sail and still riding high. Check engine light turned on less than 20 miles from dealership. New vehicle.. this is unacceptable and I don't appreciate the feeling of getting sold a lemon. Especially with how much this truck cost. I have five days to return it. That might happen at this rate. You're also closed on Sunday, the day after I buy this truck, and can't fix this problem right away. I'm curious how you guys are going to make this right. Not only fixing the problem but compensating me for the hassle. More
