Incredibly unhappy with customer service in used car division. Even the manager doesn’t respond when my engine light comes on the next day. A week later, still waiting... Price advertised was “not fo division. Even the manager doesn’t respond when my engine light comes on the next day. A week later, still waiting... Price advertised was “not for me”...apparently I missed a small disclosure. Loan terms flipped and no longer includes warranty. I wish I could cancel!!!! More
