Quebedeaux...I call them Covid-Doh! Almost no one was wearing masks, neither staff nor other customers. Spending hours in small rooms and communal areas where few are wearing masks makes buying a car the wearing masks, neither staff nor other customers. And OK, to be fair, the finance guy was wearing a mask...that slipped down from his nose every few minutes in a room that did not allow social distancing. We were told to wait in a room with two other couples, not wearing masks, no room for social distancing. When I called to complain, their Customer Service guy denied the lack of masks, then thanked me for my "opinion." 170,000 dead Americans and counting. Three times higher than the Viet Nam War. That is not an 'opinion' Cisco. It is shameful. More

They got me in and out in one day and the buying experience was seamless and efficient. Mark Balderrama was the agent and a real pro. They were fast, courteous and easy to deal with. I'm very pleased with the vehicle deal and recommend this dealership without hesitation. More

I didn’t look at the receipts until I got home and saw that they had charged me for a 3.0 hours detail. $30.00. I was very not happy about my air conditioning blower motor making noise never made any noises called the service writer who was very understanding and was going to order a blower motor for me, made an appointment dropped off truck He called me and said that they had found a seashell, I never have been to the ocean with this truck I am the only owner he took care of it for me and washed it for me. Frustrating We decided to purchase a GMC Yukon and was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days after it was reconditioned. They found a problem with the lifters We decided to purchase a GMC Yukon and was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days after it was reconditioned. They found a problem with the lifters during the check up that needed repair. We were then told it would be about 3 more days. The problem here is we had to call them and ask where our car was, they never bothered to call us and tell us about the delay or the problem they found. So, we waited the extra days and then it was the same routine. WE had to call and ask where is our vehicle. Then they told us it would be another week. Being a bit upset my wife called back and was PROMISED by the sales person we would have it on Wednesday. Tuesday we called (to see about the time of delivery) the sales person and he totally avoided us. The girl that answered the phone said yes he is right here, and sent me to his cell phone. He never picked up and his answering service was full. I couldn't even leave a message. So, I called back and asked for the Service Manager (who was very nice) and he did some explaining for us that I never got from the sales person. He said he would call me on Thursday or Friday morning with an update. He did call Friday and said they would be done at five pm. So, I called the salesman and he said they would deliver the car that evening. That never happened! As we were sitting around waiting for the vehicle I got a phone call from the salesman and said he would deliver it on Saturday at 10 am. We finally got the vehicle at 1 pm Saturday, and they did not do a good job of cleaning out the inside of the vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the whole process. And to top it off they promised a 5.09% rate on the balance that we were financing. The actual rate is 5.59%. Will never do business with Quebedeaux Buick GMC again. More
