Brought our 2019 Encore in for an oil change. I gave them the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. The people that perform the actual service may have "dropped the ball", so to speak, by not having cars washed after performing service. More

It took several calls and talking with a number of different reps to arrange my service and my loaner. A very inaccurate quote was given and I was subsequently overcharged. Other maintenance issues, that I asked the service advisor to address, were not even looked at. If I had more than the 3 hours that I'd already spent waiting, I would have spoken with management but will have to do that at a later date. I am considering filing with the BBB. Light issues when leaving from purchasing car. Took them 2.5 days to fix. returned to us with loose bumper and mis aligned headlights. My advisor, Edmund is wonderful. I was in on Friday for an oil change and to find out why one of my tires would not keep air. The oil change was done right away, but the tire could not be fixed.
