Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that my service took all day for three simple tasks. I was told that the reason for taking so long was because of a computer update. Have appointment to change my oil! Take like 4 hrs cuz I decide to get a flush on cooling system! Get home find a leak on the ground!! They didn’t put the cap well and oil was leaking, also find kind of wei decide to get a flush on cooling system! Get home find a leak on the ground!! Service manager was too busy. Did not return my calls for status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. In addition, the alignment machine was down for 6 hours and the service manager did not sugge status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed.
