Vehicle was advertised online for certain amount when I called to verify to see if the vehicle was in fact still in stock I verified the online price. When I arrived at the dealership and started paperwork called to verify to see if the vehicle was in fact still in stock I verified the online price. When I arrived at the dealership and started paperwork to purchase vehicle I was told a different price. It was at the point I was informed it was only for first responders, teachers. I informed them I was in fact a first responder and was informed my agency is not considered first responders. US Border Patrol. Also noticed the next day the front bumper of the car was hanging off. Called the dealership with no fix. More

Brought our truck in on Monday afternoon for an oil change appt on Tuesday saying we would pick up the truck after 2 pm. I got there at 2:30 and waited until someone finally waited on me. He said I ne change appt on Tuesday saying we would pick up the truck after 2 pm. I got there at 2:30 and waited until someone finally waited on me. He said I needed to see Michael, my service advisor. It took him about 15 minutes to find my vehicle. Up on a rack. The tech was sick today and someone else was to do the work. It would take 30 to 45 minutes. I couldn’t wait. The person I was with asked if the truck could be washed for my inconvenience. Michael said yes. Came back Wednesday morning. Truck ready, but now washed. I seriously don’t think I will be using Quebedeaux service dept again. Sorry. More
