I went in for an oil change. the representative said that I had an oil leak that needed to be located and fixed. after I left, I had a friend look for the leak for me. what he found is that the quebedeaux te I had an oil leak that needed to be located and fixed. after I left, I had a friend look for the leak for me. what he found is that the quebedeaux technician that had done the oil change did not replace the o ring on the filter and that is where the leak was. I am not happy!! More

The service was good and the prices were fair. I felt that it took way too long (2.5 hours( for a basic oil change. Normally, not always, but normally, quebedeaux is a great service center. Yesterday, I asked the tech to rotate the tires as well as change the oil. He said that they would. A few hours later when he called service center. Yesterday, I asked the tech to rotate the tires as well as change the oil. He said that they would. A few hours later when he called to say it was done, I asked if they had changed the oil as well as rotate the tires. He said yes indeed, they had as well as adjust the tpm sensors. When we arrived, the tires hadn’t been rotated and the oil life monitor hadn’t been reset. When asked to go ahead and do the proper service, we were told there isn’t room and they couldn’t do it. this may be the last time my wife uses Quebedeauex More
