I believe your service department is out of date. I took my acura to get serviced a couple days after and a completely diferent experience. I was given a loaner because expected wait time was over 1.5 hours. They sent me a link to my cel phone to check progress of the service. They sent me a link with fotos of the recommended service items and/or additional service recomendations. They were in constant contact. GMC took my car in, did not have a loaner, I had to call 4 hours after leaving vehicle and taking a shuttle to obtain update and was then asked if I wanted to do the service which then took another two hours to do. All I wanted was an oil change and replace brake pads. Very upsetting to know that I paid so much for my vehicle and yet be treated so poorly when another dealership goes above and beyond to make sure customer is well attended to.

Very disappointed at how expensive it is just for an oil change w/no tire rotation. I asked for a wash & vac inside was not cleaned. All of the workers paper mat etc was still left in the car. Disappointing More
