We have had our car serviced at the dealer since we bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. While I appreciate Brian trying to get the warranty to cover the issues, I was never called to be updated on the car’s progress which delayed the service. My car ended up being there for 3 days. Would not have my car serviced here except for the fact that i can walk to my office. 2 days to change a battery! Give me a break. I’d highly recommend getting used vehicles adequately cleaned and prepped to sell on the lot. It devalues and discourages buyers when you get into a uncleaned vehicle that is poorly represented.
