We felt the Mr Minjarez' personal care early in the transaction and although there were negotiating stumbles along the way, Mr Gonzalez was careful to overcome our hesitations and bring the purchase to fruition. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the significant role that Pua Breitenbach, Collision Advisor played in vanquishing any consternations we may have had with our new Quebedeaux relationship with her assurances that the 'new Enclave' would be 'new' after her care team erased any blemish concerns we had. I had my used vehicle serviced on 1/8. Oil change, tire rotation and the TPMS reset. The following day, my TPMS light came back on. Spoke with Brian and he set me up with an appointment on 1/13. During the rotation and the TPMS reset. The following day, my TPMS light came back on. Spoke with Brian and he set me up with an appointment on 1/13. During the inspection, it was determined that all of my sensors were failing. Brian provided me replacement cost and explained how the tire sensors worked. I appreciated the information and was not charged for my return visit. Quebedeaux, has been my preferred dealership since 2007. I would not consider buying or having a vehicle serviced from anyone else. More
