Arrived a 1015am for a 1030 appointment. Did not leave until 2pm. Brian was terrible from the start and set the tone for the next 4 hours. My wife let him know we did not get the locking lug nut tool in t until 2pm. Brian was terrible from the start and set the tone for the next 4 hours. My wife let him know we did not get the locking lug nut tool in the truck when we bought it. He said its in with the owners manual and did not look hard enough. She asked Brian how long it would take he said 2 to 2 and a half hours. She asked why he said she did not understand how long it takes to service a truck. I could continue but won't. There were people that got involved after Brian, but it can't change the damage he has done. More

Not customer service oriented. Car sat where I dropped it off at for 1 he 45 min. For an oil change and tire. Then another hour and 1/2 for the car to be ready. Car was not pulled up for me. I had to walk ou off at for 1 he 45 min. For an oil change and tire. Then another hour and 1/2 for the car to be ready. Car was not pulled up for me. I had to walk out back to get my car. Then I put my hand on the steering wheel and grease wax on it. Then the following week I bring the car back in because I was told there was a computer update for the brakes. According to GM this would take 126 min. I had my husband bring in my car. Again car sat for 1 hour 40 min before being worked on. Then the car was done in less than half hour. So now I wonder if the car had the work done since GM says 126 min, More

Worst dealer experience I’ve had in 50 years of buying cars. I will say my sales person was very nice, and Shelly in finance has been a great asset to the company - very responsive. Problems 1 the vehi cars. I will say my sales person was very nice, and Shelly in finance has been a great asset to the company - very responsive. Problems 1 the vehicle was listed at $34xxx on line, but the sales manager brought out an offer sheet showing the vehicle at $39xxx - bait-&-switch - poor practice 2. I was told my trade-in was worth less because the fully recondition all trades. However, the vehicle I purchased had not had an oil change, the tire pressures were not where they should have been, the air & cabin filters were filthy. I’m sure this was not reconditioned! 3. I’ve waited weeks to receive the license plate from my old vehicle, which should have been in my new vehicle before I left the dealership. 4. Worst of all, there was an open safety recall on the vehicle I purchased that I was not informed of (I believe this is even illegal). This will take months to rectify and will lead to me driving a potentially unsafe vehicle. I’ve never had this kind of experience from any dealer ever. As I said, my sales person was nice and has been helpful. Shelly in finance has been the brightest spot in the whole experience. More
