I felt like the service advisor was working against me and I had to educate him when I mentioned about the oil change in the LT4 motor from 2019 onward. It took me writing it on the drop-off envelope, several calls, and multiple texts with pics of my sources. I dropped the car (‘18 ZL1 1LE) off the night before for a 07:30AM service. I was under the impression that I was taking it there for the 7500 mile service. They told me it was essentially an oil change and all the services until around 30k miles (they never confirmed the actual mileage) are oil changes and a multipoint inspection (they never reviewed the inspection either; if they’re supposed to do that and from the survey I’m guessing they are). So if it was an oil change and a multipoint inspection and I dropped it off the night before, for an appointment at opening (supposedly 07:30, but the phones aren’t turned on till 8), why did it take nearly till closing for me to get my car back? The service advisor never bothered to call me to tell me my car was ready; even after I had been in touch with him and the service manager multiple times during the day. I called back about an hour and a half before closing as the advisor hadn’t returned a previous message and the service manager had answered and told me it was ready. Then when I got my car back, it was still dirty; they said they don’t wash them now because of COVID; there’s no science behind washing the outside of someone’s car and them getting COVID-19; it’s just an excuse to withhold normal services. My favorite thing was that they didn’t touch the settings for my seat, but my settings are tied to my key fob anyway so I wouldn’t know if they had. They also didn’t mess with my tire pressures which is appreciated because they’re already at the factory settings. Last, I didn’t remember my service coupon until after I had paid and the advisor said he couldn’t do anything since it was already rung up, but the service manager stepped in and signed my coupon and erased the expiration date so I would be sure to be able to use it in time for my next service. They kept my vehicle for a week. My vehicle had 21 additional miles on it when I got it back. I find that long for a test drive. No one ever called me to tell me they were done with the vehicle. Nothing was done by the mechanic because he said it was ok although the service manager said he would have a part replaced because the engine makes a knocking sound when idling. More
Horrible service! The maintenance department is complete garbage they are rude disrespectful and unhelpful! I purchased a vehicle from them and 8 days later it starting leaking oil from the rear differential I took the truck back hoping to get it fixed and I had to talk to 4 different mechanics to finally get some help don’t try calling because you’ll be on hold forever they even hung up on me twice I ended up paying somewhere else so that I didn’t have to deal with Quebedeaux again I paid 300.00 to fix the seal on my rear differential instead of getting it done for free at Quebedeaux all because of the horrible service! When I purchased the truck it was really clean NO LEAK why ? Because the dealership power washed all the oil from the wheel so that the buyer didn’t notice! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More
This was a warranty item, replace the passenger door handle because the lock/unlock button wouldn’t work. I notified them prior to 3/4/21 about the handle, the oil change and tire rotation took two hour handle because the lock/unlock button wouldn’t work. I notified them prior to 3/4/21 about the handle, the oil change and tire rotation took two hours. They ordered the handle on 3/5 and said it would take 7-10 days and they would contact us. I called them around 3/20 and was told the part wasn’t there and they would check all dealers and let me know in a couple days. I started calling them 5 days later, handle was there but they might have to paint it and then would call me to schedule a appointment. No call and they wouldn’t answer their phones so I started calling the service manager. I finally got a appointment for 3/30 and was told they needed the car all day and they didn’t have a loaner available. It took them 8 hours to paint and replace the door handle! Can’t imagine how long a major repair would take. This vehicle will never see this dealership again. Terrible customer service. More
