Made an appointment for an oil change still took over 1 1/2 hours. What's the purpose of making an appointment. Poor service. Upon entrance to the main lobby, we came across Jon Hicks who quickly offered us something to drink and was ready to answer questions. Thanks Jon for preparing our car for delivery. Jon introduced us to Norm who quickly offered us something to drink and was ready to answer questions. Thanks Jon for preparing our car for delivery. Because of Norma's attention to detail, professionalism and five star customer service we bought the vehicle. Big thanks to not making us feel obligated to make a purchase. They need to be honest, have open communication and follow through. I should have read Google reviews before I took my car in. It took four days of my car sitting in the garage before they could even work on it. Why can’t they coordinate with the adjuster so that it’s in the garage on the day they’ll come by and look at it? The service was covered by the service plan we purchased through them, but the quoted cost Quebedeax claimed was $200 more then the garage that originally found the issue (and would have fixed that same day) ... making the service plan, so far, feel like a real pain with little benefit! From the start everything was wrong. They called to schedule me for front brake work that was going to take a few days, didn’t have a rental set up. Took another week to get scheduled. Finally scheduled, dropped car off was asked what work they were doing (remember they booked the service), had my car a week with no communication on status. Called to find out what was going on was told that they fixed the dome light and cats (never told about those things being worked on), waiting on a part, no mention of the front brakes. Call 2 days later as I still had no updates. Tells me that they put cats back on the car and o2 sensors, work that I did not okay to be done to my car. Go down to the service center get a run around from Adam. Then Josh (used) and Adam meet with me tell me the work has to be done. Was rude the entire time. Never once told my car was not in the service center. Now I am having to pay to correct the issues they created with my car, front brakes were never done. More
