My service experience with Brian Medina was also excellent. He helped me in ways with technology that was far beyond his job. My negative experiences were, in the past, waiting over an hour for a very poor car wash and a very defensive service provider when I reported it to him a week ago, telling me that it was not HE who washed my car, as though I shouldn't complain to him! Fortunately, someone else (Josh??) was much more courteous when I picked up my car. More

what a great place to go to for work on cars. I was very surprised with the friendly and professional staff. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. From the service dept. and the sales man who sold me my car. sales staff is great iris my sales lady was super helpful. that's where everything crapped out tho having cars that haven't been thru inspections up for sale, finance staff that's has no idea what's helpful. that's where everything crapped out tho having cars that haven't been thru inspections up for sale, finance staff that's has no idea what's going on, finance guy I started with went on vacation, left everything half done nobody had a clue where my info was or what was progress. then truck goes thru shop and I get the run around on parts issues. seems like upper management should be more hands on and get this place in shape. I felt as if I was in the way of business with my presence at drop off and pick up, I wasn’t sure where to go, or the process of being helped. Few people were eager to share this info with me. In the end I picked up my car after inspection, paid, left without services rendered. I am now in search of a mechanic to help me fix my vehicle. More
Dealership did a great job cant say that about the transport system getting the vehicles to the dealership!!!!
