I came in looking for a used car, and I got everything I could ask for. Frank Romero helped me out, and I got a good deal on the car. Frank made sure the car was cleaned nicely, and when came the following day to pick up the car Frank handed me the keys and he said a little prayer for safe driving and gratitude. Good inventory, enjoyable sales people and a satisfactory outcome with a good car at a reasonable price. My disappointments were that when I called the dealership on five separate occasions I could not reach outcome with a good car at a reasonable price. My disappointments were that when I called the dealership on five separate occasions I could not reach either the sales department or an operator, very frustrating. I also had spoken to a salesperson the day before I could visit the lot he said he was working the next day and would have the car ready for my visit. First he was only a phone triage worker and no one knew about my visit and car of interest. Finally, when I was in the purchase process I was told that I would get a tank of gas with a purchase. The reality was I got $15 of fuel, disappointed about the false promise. The salesman apologized that he may have over promised, hmmmm. In general a good experience with a good outcome. I hope these observations will help others and improve the dealerships function. More
I really appreciated my salesman’s patience with me while I made my decision. The main thing I hate to hear when making a big purchase is, “what’s it going to take to get you into this car tonight.” I immedi I made my decision. My salesman was empathetic and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. That was the driving force that made me buy my car from your dealership. I do feel as if my salesman might need more training on how your dealership does transactions, or maybe some of the other team members should explain more to the newer sales force when requesting documents. There were several situations where I would ask my salesman why do you need that from me and he would have to go ask why. Honestly, I felt like it was more of lack of team effort than a lack of experience from my salesman. I truly believe a little more team work would’ve prevented some, if not all of the bad experiences I had at QUEBEDEAUX. More
