The 2020 used truck I came to look at was listed on your website for $67,000 and when I got there and was interested in buying it I was given a price of $78,000. When I finally purchased the truck at the price listed on the your internet site, I was told it could take up to 7 days to get it detailed and inspected. 2 days later I was notified that it was ready. When I arrived it still had dirt on the inside and out and if it was detailed at all, it was a very poor job. I had to leave it for 4 more hours to be detailed again. Driving it home I noticed the drivers windshield wiper was torn half way off, so I have significant doubts on whether it was inspected at all. I got no guidance on what process or expectations I have on getting the plates, I wasn’t given my plates back from my trade in as well? All in all, it was a poor experience that was a hassle, rushed, and little information given for a vehicle that I spent $67,000 + for. More
