Horrible experience!!! We stopped here about a month ago and looked at a few cars and finally decided on a vehicle that they had just purchased at an action so it wasn't all cleaned up and the technicians h and looked at a few cars and finally decided on a vehicle that they had just purchased at an action so it wasn't all cleaned up and the technicians hadn't seen it yet. This was our first mistake. The salesman assured us that it would be cleaned up and everything we pointed out would be fixed. Second mistake was we didn't get this in writing. So they worked on it and after four days we were called in to pick it up. Third mistake we signed all the papers before looking at the vehicle.. So now we are stuck with this car, its a nice car but they didn't fix everything and in fact broke some pins when they put in a new window. I have bought three used cars from other places and this is the first time I have been told "Oh that is cosmetic we are not required to fix that". So buyers beware. Make sure you get it in writing and inspect the vehicle before signing your life away. More

I took my Terrain in for a problem with my sun roof. It needed a new track. The sun roof is still having issues. The sun roof shade and head liner are dirty form the work done. My 2020 Terrain was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. i spoke to a manager and he assured me it would be fixed. Three weeks later I still have not heard back saying they have a loaner car so I can take mine in yet again. Very disappointed in the service I received. I really expected a higher standard from GMC.
