Worst experience ever with a dealership!!!! I called on Saturday about a used vehicle that was listed online, I was told they were closing and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday rolls Saturday about a used vehicle that was listed online, I was told they were closing and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday rolls around and no call, I call back again asking to speak with a saleman and was told I had been assigned to a certain saleman and that they would have him call me, 4 hours later, still nothing. I call back again asking to speak with ANY saleman, I was told that I couldn't and was even told I couldn't speak with a manager! The last call, the receptionist hung up on me because I got upset that no one had called me back. I dont know what it takes to talk with a saleman at this dealership, but I've never had this much of a problem trying to purchase a vehicle. You can't even get past the receptioist to speak with anyone! I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management or the owner will reach out but I'm not expecting much! More
