Great customer service. The staff is very polite, professional, helpful, and nice. Prices are ok but the dealership is not considering any type of discounts including military discount. professional, helpful, and nice. Me, 74 (8/21 🥳) a Vietnam Combat Veteran. Rarely splurged on myself while providing for family. My dream car: Lincoln … once had a great looking, poor running 61 in the early 70’s. My bucket list n splurged on myself while providing for family. My dream car: Lincoln … once had a great looking, poor running 61 in the early 70’s. My bucket list now: Nice looking used Lincoln that gives me no mechanical problems. JOHN FIORE … General Sales Manager QBGMC (This is a windy review but worth it if you are thinking of trusting this dealership) I saw a beautiful cherry red Lincoln MKZ on the Internet. 2009 …. $9000 dollars. Flawless looking (aren’t they ALL flawless LOOKING … but after we buy 🤕🤑). JOHN FIORE (remember that name). So I contacted the dealership. Nice people. Ana super nice. Got info on the Lincoln. I was seeing myself driving this car … me in my dream Lincoln. Finally. Not a Continental but a little out of my “pay grade” as a retired (August 1, 2021 from Hospice El Paso) RN. Helping patients and families complete their earth journey in comfort and dignity and serenely as I inch closer to my final sunset. JOHN FIORE So completed all I needed to know, itching to buy the care. Messaged with JOHN FIORE. Told JOHN FIORE what I am telling you (reader) about how badly I have wanted this type of car. On the phone and messaging from El Paso to Tucson … literally my AmEx in my hand ready to give the card info to JOHN FIORE and shout “SEND ME THAT COTTON PICKING CAR NOW. JOHN FIORE knew I was an old geezer, disabled service connected disability from service in Vietnam. That I dreaded getting a money pit lemon Lincoln. JOHN FIORE … his JOB is get cars SOLD. Make a deal. Move them out. SELL SELL SELL. And (sorry JOHN and your Sales Team) we all have seen in films and imagined and experienced some “plump Sales Manager and a sweaty Finance Manager putting some poor xxxxxxx through the hoops … crappy credit, we will see what the Boss says y abba yanta yabba as they all smoke stinky cigars smirking and knowing the poor sucker is getting ripped off in the sale and they just pray the car will keep running once it goes off the lot. JOHN FIORE tells me he personally will do a walk around my soon to be Lincoln and will look under the hood and under the car. HIMSELF. So I will be reassured it is a Carfax condition auto. And that we will then complete the AmEx charge and get the car on its way to me. JOHN FIORE … JOHN FIORE … JOHN FIORE … Whose only single purpose at QBGMC is to SELL gets back and tells me: “Ron, I would not sell MY Dad that car. I would not sell MY Grandpa that car. I will not sell YOU that car.” He goes on, “we sell quality. Reliable cars. Somehow THIS car got through our inspection process. Got on the lot. It should NEVER have been there. Never something we should sell. I am pulling it out of the inventory. I am not sure how it got up into our sales inventory. We pride ourselves on this not happening because we do not want a customer to have a bad experience and get a money pit because of us.” JOHN FIORE could have just sold me the car. I was begging for him to sell it to me. He does not know Ron (me) who lives close to 400 miles away. Who would now own the problem. “What are you gonna do about it fellow?” COULD have been his attitude. But JOHN FIORE is a good person. A good and decent man. Who obviously has a heart (does he really work at an auto sales dealership with a ❤️? He has integrity and he showed all of what is good in every human being … “do unto others” and “do the right thing” … remember his name, remember my story. I have no doubt he practices this business behavior with all customers and maintains it as a standard in his salesmen and women. Thank God there are JOHN FIORE’s in this world. When the right Lincoln comes into his inventory he will not have LOST a sale or a customer. He will have gained but delayed one: ME ! Thank you JOHN and God Bless You 🙏 Ronald Hennes El Paso, Texas More
