Don in sales was a nice guy but did not pay attention to details. As I was driving from 500 miles away to do a trade and buy. The truck was a 2021 chevy with 18k miles. The pictures looked good, but I asked Don to please inspect the truck for any scratches are dents. He called me back and stated the truck is clean and looked good. I put a deposit down on Monday. Took off work on Thursday to drive a thousand miles round trip. With my trade and money with me I arrived at 815am on Thursday. We inspected the truck, multiple scratches in paint on both sides of truck. I still was considering purchasing the truck, however, after further inspection the tailgate latches release would not work. Don stated I could fix that under warranty, but really, would you spend 50k to then put truck in shop before use? It seems like a dealership would inspect their inventory and have it ready for customer. I wasted 18.5 hours on the road and 220 dollars on fuel to be disappointed. You lost this sale due to lack of attention. More

Khalifa, Austin, Jaime & the rest of the staff that we dealt with were very nice & helpful. We had to wait for the vehicle to go through "recon" & detailing because they had not done it. We assumed it was to check if anything was wrong with the vehicle. When we picked it up, no one went over any issues with the vehicle & it did not appear to have been detailed. The gas tank was on EMPTY when we drove it off the lot. We found that the back up lights & the license plate light were not working. In AZ, the license plate light is a ticket-able offense. Also, one of the tires was leaking & the tires were out of balance. It would have been nice to at least be advised of the issues. There was no explanation of the vehicle pricing (put this because it asks below.) More
