I found a truck I wanted to buy, sent in an inquiry and got a response requesting a copy of my DL, proof of insurance and banking info. I replied that I just wanted to get a car fax. I sent an email directly to the sales manager getting his email on their site explaining that I was ready to buy now and I needed to get a car fax. I received a mail failure. I tried sending a total of six Emails just trying to get a car fax and correct info on the truck I want. They show online under description that it has cloth interior but their pictures show leather! After each email I sent I received 1 of 2 responses, 1) mail failure or 2) send a copy of DL, proof of insurance and banking information. I really wanted to buy there as my sister in law lives near there and we could fly in and drive home but looks like I will be shipping the truck I found in Texas where the dealer sent me all the information I requested. As a side note, I sent an inquiry on another truck at this dealership two days ago and they never even replied. That truck shows up on car gurus but is no longer on their website. If your not wanting to fight to get information, find another dealer More

All the employees we talked to were friendly. Ethan was our sales guy, he seemed to care about his job and made sure he did what he could to make us happy. My complaint about this place is the detail department. The car was shown “as is” left dirty from the previous owner, which I get it’s a used car dealership. I just think cleaning the car from the get go to present it in a clean state would show more care for their cars. They “detail” your car after you buy it but it’s not the best job to say the least. There are still sticky buildups in the console and cup holders, and vents. The seat still had a spill stain on the side of it that I didn’t notice until the next day because it was already dark when we picked up the car. I honestly didn’t expect any different because we bought a car from here a long time ago and we ran into the same issue. Which is why I pointed out to Ethan to make sure they detail the truck I bought at least decently. Given how long ago we bought the other car from them I had hopes that the detail department has gotten better. I was wrong and didn’t bother to take it back for better work to be done because they were already “backed up” in the detail shop and I highly doubt they would’ve done anything better anyways. Ethan at least tried, he even mentioned he cleaned out some dog hair himself since the seats were full of dog hair when we looked at it. But I guess that’s what you get when the detail department lacks quality work. My 12 year old can clean better than they can. For me, how you present your cars to your customers says a lot. Not that I don’t recommend this place but just be aware. I wouldn’t have bought from this place if it wasn’t for the particular truck I bought. More
