Upon delivery of my vehicle he made sure everything was up to par and immediately addressed any issues that I had. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism. Jorge Martinez in the finance department is a honest straight forward no sales pressure kind of guy. Explained everything in great detail. He even provided advice and insight on getting refunds for the warranty and registration on my trade in. That in my mind is above and beyond. My only gripe would be with the detailing department, but again my problem was addressed and fixed. More

I tend to reserve the negative for face to face conversation and my reviews are always based on facts and my experience. So, here's my experience with Quebeseaux GMC. My salesman, Perry Valencia, is an experienced hard working man who is knowledgeable and will go out of his way for a customer. Perry understood the limitations of our schedules and worked with us (over and above) to ensure that we got the truck we wanted. The process from introduction, to negotiation, to purchase was streamlined and easy. Perry was honest and understood what we wanted and the parameters of what would ensure we became a customer. The vehicle sales industry is filled with sub par experiences and some of that is due to the way we, as customers, treat our salespeople. Try being upfront, honest and clear in what it is you want when purchasing a vehicle. Understand they need to make money too. If they don't, then they won't be there when you want to buy another car. Lastly, I have no doubt if we need to buy a car/truck in the future we would buy another car from Perry. We will also be recommending him to others. More
