Sales process was great, Luis got us where we needed to be. The detailing service was terrible. They did a terrible job the first time, windows were dirty, stuff between the seats, stuff on the seatbelts, be. The detailing service was terrible. They did a terrible job the first time, windows were dirty, stuff between the seats, stuff on the seatbelts, etc.. The staff was very nice and accommodating about cleaning the car again. Upon pick up, I still have found stuff wiped on the seatbelts, dirty windows, things under the seats (a pair of very large scissors included). The detailing was not redone, the detailing is less than subpar. They are simply running it through the car wash, if that. I am more than upset about the condition they gave the car to me in. More
