He asked multiple times if the brakes were good on the Ram he was purchasing as we are towing a trailer with us—they assured him they are in good condition and the entire vehicle went through a full inspection. He buys the truck, comes back to the RV resort we’re staying at and the brakes start to squeak every time he brakes. We take it in today (1 day after buying it and on the last night before we go to San Diego) to TWO local brake and tire companies and both said the brake pads are falling off and they need to be repaired. $1300 later and an entire day lost on our vacation. Avoid this place. Completely dishonest. They played a good game though with their friendly and appreciative “thank you for your service” to my husband who is active duty. More
