Sales people tell me the web site has been outsourced to a service company. That company needs to be fired. End of... I have been very satisfied with the service on my 2015 Forester, and am trying to buy a 2nd car, but I don't have time every week to go to the dealership to see what has come in. PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE!! More

Darren on the sales staff was great. Darren was our contact person and was excellent. Darren was the exception, he knew the product very well, was informative and well researched on the vehicle. In addition at check out he took a great deal of time to show all controls, link cell phones, and follow through on all items. He also had the car up front and ready to drive for both the test drive and pick up. One of the best sells persons I have encountered in the car business. Darren should be in management and setting the standard on how things should be done. Business manager made a speedy checkout without pressure for numerous add ons which was greatly appreciated. More

Being a woman and coming from Boston, you are always "on guard" when it comes to card dealings, but I truly felt they offer a good, reasonable deal. I will highly suggest them to my friends. Unfortunately my view of Quantrell was disappointing. After negotiating over the phone the price of my 2015 Legacy, I received the papers in the mail to sign as I live three hours away. Upon arriving to pick up my car I was shocked and aggravated to be told my contract was wrong and I would need to sign a new one with an increased payment. Upon speaking to the manager about the problem, he was rude and would not even shake my hand and made me feel like it was my fault for not noticing the mistakes on the original contract! Then he never apologized for the mistake he made and basically told me to deal with it. I should have left then but I didn't. Then 5 days later I learn they cashed my 500.00 deposit I made to hold the Legacy before I got there. I was told by two people that the check would be shredded! I am furious! My bank account was messed up! It took ME, NOT Quantrell two days to fix it! I love my Subaru but I would NEVER purchase another vehicle here! More
This is the second Subaru I've purchased at Quantrell and it won't be the last. Product, service and management are as good as they can be. I feel I paid the right price for a very good vehicle. The trade value of the car I bought the last time was just fine, showing that the car held its value even though I'd driven it 60K miles in 3 years. Whenever I've needed service I take my car to Quantrell. I know it's not the cheapest it town but I also know the work is done very well so the (very) few extra bucks is worth it. I've never had a question they couldn't answer and I've never had anything but a good experience there. Even the coffee is good. More

As a recent graduate, who just moved to the Subaru dealership through Jim Grisso and Ray Robinson I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. As a recent graduate, who just moved to the country from Canada, there were a number of difficulties associated with me getting my loan and the dealership helped me through each step with little to no hassle. I believe the president of the company even went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal I could! As a veterinarian I had very specific needs and wants concerning my vehicle and both Jim and Ray spent the time to go over why the Outback was the best car for me. All in all I would (and will) recommend the dealership to everyone I meet! More
I spoke to Terry in Sept. 2012, about looking at a Forester. Even though I advised Terry I was waiting on a decision making event; Terry never pushed me on a sale or swayed me to a higher priced vehi Forester. I just got a hand shake and smile with, "Feel free to contact me when you decide to buy. I will see what I can do for you all." When my Wife and I decided we were going to get the financed loan from our credit union and go see Terry, it was a great decision and experience. Terry was extremely helpful and new just what I was looking for in a 2013 Forester, do to me telling him in our prior conversation in Sept.; I am not one for frills and fancy fu-fu stuff I really don't need. Terry and the sales staff gave me a good, honest deal on the Forester. Oh and I don't want to forget Jodie Wilkinson that handled the registration, title and warranty. Very personable and friendly; down to your level. Over all, my wife and I were very please with the sales experience. Why a Subaru you ask? Well, I did my homework. They have a great history and after trying American made vehicles again, I was ready to own a Japanese/American vehicle again. My Brother in California bought an Outback last year and also advised me what a great vehicle Subaru is. I am hoping the Service Department is just as pleasant of an experience as the sales experience was; for us being new SUBARU FORESTER OWNERS. More
