We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marlon Strings! Second vehicle we have gotten from Marlon. He will bring us back. Financing part was a headache. Had an appointment for 1 pm to come in to complete paperwork, still took two hours!! Similar experience when we purchased Ascent six months before. If not for this delay, would have given 5 stars!!! Me and my wife, Patti, just purchased a wonderful new Subaru Outback. Monica Reed was our sales consultant and she was the consummate professional in all her dealings with us. There was no high pressure, strong-arm tactics, or any of the other methods some dealers resort to. I shared with Monica various issues I had learned from internet searches and she listened respectfully to my concerns and took no offense for having done this extra "homework." She gave me what I feel was a very fair amount in trade on our vehicle...so much so, I didn't have the heart to attempt to haggle on that at all. In addition, Dean authorized a discount on the selling price due to my being a US Air Force veteran. Kristen was most pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining the extended warranty and other things and introduced us to the VP, Brentley Jones. Brentley gave us his personal assurance of top-level service as Quantrell customers and offered up his personal cell number in case we receive anything less. Now that is what I call personal and professional service. So often, people are more apt to complain if problems develop, and sometimes we forget to acknowledge when things go well. Think about it, how often does someone go track down a restaurant manager and say, "wow, great meal tonight, good job!" But rather those whose meal wasn't hot, or the waiter was slow, will surely bend the manager's ear and let them know about it! I'm an older fellow and have dealt with many dealers throughout my life, I can easily place Quantrell at the top of them all. Well done and thank you so much! More

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience buying a car. I have never felt more belittled and undervalued as a customer. She quickly cut me off to tell me my research was all wrong and seemed offended that I talked to other sales people. Of course, the next step was to talk to the manager, Dean. Here, we went from bad to worse. Everything in me said get up and walk. It’s not worth it. No one should be treated this way. There are other Subaru dealers who actually want your business and would love to have you in their showroom. I had to take a couple of deep breaths, count to ten, and stay because the person I was with had their heart set on buying a car that day. More
This was my first purchase from Subaru. I bought a new crosstrek and had waiting on one in particular for a while. Valerie was absolutely wonderful in helping me purchase my crosstrek. I am not going to lie, they have had my son's car for over a month and a half, pick it up with check engine light on. The terri lady in loaners seemed fed up with us. I had a toddler(my other son), and over a month and a half, pick it up with check engine light on. The terri lady in loaners seemed fed up with us. I had a toddler(my other son), and post back surgery. I was running in the keys to drop off and she told me I had to wait in the drop off line till I could pull it in the bay and drop off. My son ask about the check engine light issue, and they said they would charge him a diagnostic fee if they looked into it. Even though it came on while in their care for a month and a half. The car was filthy when we picked it up. My son keeps a clean car. Everyone else coming to get their car had the cars pulled up and showed off to them, and we got a finger point to the direction of our car, and the keys given to us. I guess because we didn't look like we could afford to be there we were treated a lot differently. He has a extended warranty that we paid extra for, and went out of our way to go to a subaru certified shop. I have friends that work there. I am astounded by the customer service, and repair service that we received there. I feel like we are definitely not welcome to return. Maybe we don't make enough to be treated properly there. Update: my son, and husband hook the car up to diagnostics. They pop the hood, and automatically the bolts that hold the intercooler down and they were miss, the brackets were very loose. The skid plate is missing entirely. They didn't replace the axel seal while they were repairing it and now it's leaking transmission. They pulled the axels to pull the transmission, so there supposed to replace that for safety. The inspection cover for the clutch at the bottom of the transmission is missing. We are contacting someone today. You bet you xxx i am mad. I can't imagine what they get away with with other customers. Thankfully we are a family of mechanics. The only reason I tell them to never work on it is so they don't void the warranty. It's not ok to treat people like this. More
