Cracked windshield replacement Needed to have cracked windshield replaced on new Toyota vehicle (7,500 miles). Was able to get an appointment quickly at a time convenient for me. Needed to have cracked windshield replaced on new Toyota vehicle (7,500 miles). Was able to get an appointment quickly at a time convenient for me. I arranged with my insurance company to have work done at Quality Toyota. But, when insurance company placed wrong dealer ID on work order, Quality Toyota made several calls for me to insurance company to make sure they had work order in hand when I arrived. I dropped off vehicle at a time convenient to me (late morning). Quality Toyota provided me with a free loaner vehicle and I was able to pick up my vehicle at a time I chose the next morning. Quality Toyota accepted the payment from my insurance company for factory original windshield and my vehicle was washed vacuumed and ready to go when I arrived. More
