This business is not trustworthy. They sold me a vehicle in October of 2020. In spring of 2021 that the air conditioning unit had a leak. There was a sticker under the hood from Perham Automotive noting t in October of 2020. In spring of 2021 that the air conditioning unit had a leak. There was a sticker under the hood from Perham Automotive noting that the system had leak detecting dye added in August of 2020. I contacted my salesperson, Ryan Jorud. I asked if it was covered under the basic warranty. Ryan told me at the time of purchase every vehicle comes with a basic warranty. At this time, he said that there is NO WARRANTY. He reminded me I signed forms acknowledging it was "AS IS". He also said because I didn't purchase their additional warranty, it is my problem. I also had Quality Toyota's mechanic inspect the car before I signed the contracts. This was a pre-existing issue, but there is NO WARRANTY regardless of what the salesperson tells you. The bottom line is that Quality Toyota had no problems with selling me a vehicle with defects, and they won't have any problems selling one to you. If you have any issues, know you will be on your own. Buy here at your own risk. More
