Damaged /not us I purchased my car at Schaller Dealership ,but the car was originally from Quality Subaru , so we went to Quality Subaru and had them install side win I purchased my car at Schaller Dealership ,but the car was originally from Quality Subaru , so we went to Quality Subaru and had them install side window deflectors on my car and the person who installed them chipped the paint and a scrap mark from the installation. When my husband went and showed the service manager , he said they did not do it. You could tell that a tool fell from the roof and chipped the paint and left a scuff mark. It was on the passenger side . I keep this car in the garage and look over the car everyday since I bought it. They did give us touch up paint. Luckily my husband has the experience to touch up the spot since he was a certified body tech and mechanic. I would have liked validation that this happened at the service dept. I know stuff happens sometimes, but they kept saying it did not happen there. More

End of September I brought the car in for it's first oil change that was FREE. This free service was a smart way for the Service Department to solicit new customers and thus introduce themselves. Karen Prisco , my service consultant, was most pleasant and accommodating. Everything about Quality Subaru has been low key and, in a word, "nice". Hard to find that in today's hurry up world. Praise to Quality Subaru. More
