The Service Manager Paul Honious, take care of the details I have two Subaru Outback's 2003 and 2011 and Paul's team treats them both with detailed service. The devil is in the details, I go in for an oil change and they find bulbs out that could have cost me a ticket. The under carriage cover plate was torn and hanging, it got replace with no hassles. After having a stereo install and the "check engine" light went on just before a trip, they squeezed me to hook the car up to the computer to make sure their wasn't a real problem and reset the alert. The list goes on since 2003. If you concerned with the outcome, speak to Paul, he'll st it right. More
