Left me waiting hours! I have a new 2018 forester and went in for a simple 6000 mike oil change. I made an appointment for 12 and was told I would just wait 45 min. After tw I have a new 2018 forester and went in for a simple 6000 mike oil change. I made an appointment for 12 and was told I would just wait 45 min. After two hours I started asking questions. The first time I asked it seemed like they had forgot about me. The girl went to the service center and said oh just another 10 min. After 20 min I asked again and again was given the answer just another 10 min. I waited another 30 min and the girl said they had give my car to a new machanic. It seems they offered my car to a new guy to have fun with. A simple oil change took hours with no apology. When the car finally arrived the gas had gone from half full to almost empty. I will never go back. I do not trust them at all. More

Disappointed Made an appointment for 12k mile service. Was told it would take about an hour to service my Outback. Dropped the car off as scheduled and went to gra Made an appointment for 12k mile service. Was told it would take about an hour to service my Outback. Dropped the car off as scheduled and went to grab breakfast. Came back about an hour later and they had not started the job. Ten minutes later I decided to just leave and get the car serviced elsewhere. Great dealership but this was poor service. My local oil change/ car wash facility did a check up, oil change and wash for less than the dealer. Town Fair TIre will rotate tires for free. Why go to the dealer for no service? More

No Break Lights! I was driving with my toddler and a person stopped next to me and told me that I had no break lights. It was Saturday afternoon and the Subaru service I was driving with my toddler and a person stopped next to me and told me that I had no break lights. It was Saturday afternoon and the Subaru service was closing at 2pm. I called them and they said they would stay open late just for me and to come over. When I arrived over a half hour past closing, they changed the lights for free. I'm a single mother and I can't tell you how they saved me on that rainy day in February. Thank you! More
Cheerful, efficient, and kind! We were on a long car trip from NYC to Maine in our brand new Subaru Forrester when we realized that the Low Tire Pressure "alert" was activated. The We were on a long car trip from NYC to Maine in our brand new Subaru Forrester when we realized that the Low Tire Pressure "alert" was activated. The temperature was below zero, so we decided that the cold was likely the cause of our issue. However, the light didn't go out when we added air at a rest stop, and we wanted to be extra cautious. We stopped by Quality Subaru and told them our concerns and boy--- are we ever glad we did! They were cheerful, efficient, and kind. And, thorough! They found a screw in the tire, patched it up, and sent us on our way! We are grateful for the terrific service. More
Terrible experience with the service department I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my c I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my car overnight they did not I left work work early to do this I informed him of that and call the head to make sure the car would be there they said there was nothing to do they could do to come back tomorrow maybe they can get me a car then very lackluster poor service definitely wish I didn't buy my car from them More
Fixed my car Recently came to Quality Subaru for a second opinion after my usual dealer didn't properly repair my vehicle during a warranty service I was hearing a Recently came to Quality Subaru for a second opinion after my usual dealer didn't properly repair my vehicle during a warranty service I was hearing a weird noise (that I knew wasn't normal) after having my clutch/brake assembly and other parts replaced under TSB at another dealer. Quality's technician was amazing and within one block diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle after I was told it was "normal" by the dealer that preformed the work. I am horrible with names but the technician Matt(?) was absolutely wonderful and friendly so was the service advisor John(?) They took my complaint seriously and saw my car and did the repair in timely manner fitting me into their already busy day. More
Mount new tires and alignment Was a cold and windy day at 9 AM but everyone was professional and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Coffee was nice, the days paper was at hand and the TV was tuned to a non-obnoxious channel. Paul Honious took care of the car and me in a timely and courteous manner. I highly recommend Quality Subaru. More
