I have conversed with Karen many times in the past. This is a great opportunity for me to acknowledge her professionalism as an outstanding customer service rep. Jeff had welcomed me Saturday morning. Jeff asked, Will you be waiting for this service? How long will it take? 2 hours........UGH!! Jeff knows I am very impatient, and cannot sit and wait! Jeff had offered me a company car (2013). With little effort I was out the door. Returned after 2 hours, my Subaru was ready to go. The best part of this whole experience is when he handed me the invoice..........Less than originally quoted. I liked that as well! This Service Team is priceless when it comes to serving me. More
This is the 5th Subaru Outback that I purchased from Quality Subaru. And with each purchase I have experienced excellent customer service. Not only have I purchased all my Subarus from Quality, I have a Quality Subaru. And with each purchase I have experienced excellent customer service. I don't put much stock in this web site's reviews because they all deal with sales and because they are all entirely favorable. Do you really know anyone who's had nothing but positive experiences with any c they all deal with sales and because they are all entirely favorable. Do you really know anyone who's had nothing but positive experiences with any car dealership, especially AFTER they've purchased the car? Quality Subaru's service is horrible. There is a serious communication problem there and a real lack of respect for the customer. Sure, there's a veneer demanded by the sales team but its thin and the service department is not, in my opinion, to be trusted. Their "service consultants," make promises they have no intention of keeping, promise call backs they have no intention of keeping and outright lie to you. I dealt with the service manager too. He rude, blaming the lack of communication on me, etc. What all staff in the service department seem to have in common is the inability to listen to the customer and a general condescending attitude toward people. Be careful, this shop will do anything to cover up their mistakes, including lying. I don't trust them I certainly would not recommend having your car serviced there! More
I brought my car to Quality Subaru for the 30,000 mile service plus I was having a problem with the car shaking when I stepped on the brakes at 60 mph or more. I was very impressed with the friendly greeting I received as I signed in. The service agent took down all my information and concerns, asked if I needed a car as I was dropping off my car for the service, and then told me it would be about 5 minutes until the rental car would be there. The rental car was there as promised and I was able to leave and attend to my business. During the day I received a call from service telling me that my car had been serviced and I could come and pick it up. No waiting around everything was handled and the problem was explained to me and repaired. I found the Service at Quality above and beyond the service I had received where I purchased the car. I will continue to bring my subaru into Quality for service. More
My check engine soon light was on and I brought my car to this establishment, at first they were nice. That was untill my car was not ready when promised and no one called to let me know this. They had it for longer then expected and Jeff Young managed to be rude to everyone of my family memebers either on the phone or in person. I would never suggest that anyone uses quality subaru, take the drive to Watertown its worth the trip. More
This is a smaller dealership with no other lots. Because of this they try to cater to the customer. I brought my car in for wheel stud replacement and had them check a brake issue. They even took care of a wheel balance issue without charging me. Prices are good not great, but I would rather pay more and have it fixed right with genuine parts. It is customer care like this that will bring me back. More

This is the fourth Subaru that my husband and I have purchased from Quality Subaru. They have been very pleasant to deal with and they are always courteous, friendly and knowlegable about their product purchased from Quality Subaru. The finance department locates the best terms available for obtaining loans when necessary. The service department is excellent. The staff is very pleasent and concerned with satisfying us. It is easy to make convenient appointments. The wait time is provided and the waiting area is comfortable and warm. The fees are reasonable. Since we have purchased four Subarus from Quality Subaru,we are definitely satisfied with them. We also appreciate the emails informing us when our vehicle needs service. It is very helpful. More

If additional servicing is recommended I during a visit, I know that it is vital to maintaining my car in the best condition. My car is always returned in spotless condition and when I drive out of the lot I am confident that I am driving a safe vehicle. This is my second Subaru and have I recommended Quality Subaru to my friends and family. I value the service I get at Quality Subaru and will continue to be a fan and customer. More
