I went out of my way to purchase my new Subaru at Quality Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. They are always ready to answer questions. One day I had bought my own wiper blades and had bent them trying to install them. Paul Honius, the Service Manager, saw me outside struggling with them. He came out offered help and very quickly had them both installed. He did not make me feel foolish (I already did) for messing up the new blades. They're still on and working fine. I continue to recommend this dealer to my friends for sales or service. More

I can't rate Quality Subaru too highly, esp. its service operation. Personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. She has a ready smile that makes visits pleasurable. The guys are almost as good - almost. I also thank the unseen techies in the garage who work their magic. The agency is well run for customers with pleasant waiting room, snacks, attractive ladies room, computer & large TV. The owner takes time to talk to customers when he has an opportunity; we share a passion for stained glass. I've bought 3 Subarus from this agency in two locations since 1995. (My first was a now defunct garage-agency in 1985 - a DL Legacy with wonderful driver 4-wheel on demand - and an affordable price. My current is a 2007 multi-faceted Forester - a practical compromise between big and small with ruggedness built in, Bless Subaru: ahead of the crowd on passenger safety and sensible, no "jazz" design changes. (Don't follow the others, please!) More

I have to say this was one of the easiest visits for service. I dropped my car off, Enterprise picked me up with a loaner and the next day my car was ready 3 hours before expected. I bought 2 new Subaru's in 2007 and 2008. Have had service with them all that time. Always the charges are less than expected and the service is outstanding. In 2012 I bought two new Subaru's from a service with them all that time. Always the charges are less than expected and the service is outstanding. In 2012 I bought two new Subaru's from a different dealer because of price. The other dealer offered some nice packages for service such as free tires if all my service work was done there. However I passed that up to go to Quality Subaru because of their great customer service. Recently I had maintenance performed on both cars. The bill for the Impreza was more than the Outback. Because I picked up the car after hours no one was in service to answer as to why the price difference. I mentioned it to the person that took my payment and thought that was the end of it. However both Paul and Karen called my house to explain that it was because synthetic oil that the cost was a little higher. I have never heard of a service department calling a customer at home just to explain a bill. That is why I will continue to go to Quality. They are the best. More
Both Karen and Jeff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure working with them. My car service actually cost LESS than I expected and was taken care of quickly. All my Subarus have been faithful "friends" for close to 200,000 miles each and up to ten years. I will continue to be a Subaru customer. More
Karen and Jeff were so helpful and friendly when I came in with my car. I came in for a routine oil change and was given hot chocolate in the waiting room.
