Karen was very helpful. There was some mis-communication with the car rental (Enterprise) and Quality, which was frustrating, but it got worked out by the end of the day. I have always had a great experience at Quality Subaru, from my lease of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT, thru the decision to purchase at lease end and finally trade in at 194,000 miles. Current Subaru is a 20 from my lease of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT, thru the decision to purchase at lease end and finally trade in at 194,000 miles. Current Subaru is a 2010 Forester that has always been serviced by Quality to the same high standards as my 2004. Great team in service.
