I went out of my way to purchase my new Subaru at Quality Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. They are always ready to answer questions. One day I had bought my own wiper blades and had bent them trying to install them. Paul Honius, the Service Manager, saw me outside struggling with them. He came out offered help and very quickly had them both installed. He did not make me feel foolish (I already did) for messing up the new blades. They're still on and working fine. I continue to recommend this dealer to my friends for sales or service. More

All in all my wife and I test drove multiple vehicle styles, models, and at the end of the day through their willingness to go above and beyond, we walked out confident in the decision to buy a new vehicle from Quality Subaru. After the fact our sales rep called to make a check in call and even went on to help answer additional questions to make sure that we were fully satisfied. Even the GM made a personal call to keep me abreast of the progress as my new car came in. Chad and Peter are top notch and this dealership is THE BEST. They've earned my business for years to come.
