I went out of my way to purchase my new Subaru at Quality Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries to do the right thing. The quality of their work has been excellent. They are always ready to answer questions. One day I had bought my own wiper blades and had bent them trying to install them. Paul Honius, the Service Manager, saw me outside struggling with them. He came out offered help and very quickly had them both installed. He did not make me feel foolish (I already did) for messing up the new blades. They're still on and working fine. I continue to recommend this dealer to my friends for sales or service. More

This dealership is phenomenal. We went in not being sold on a Subaru and worked with Chad and Peter -- both of whom worked in a consultative manner not the sleazy car salesman way. All in all my wife and I test drove multiple vehicle styles, models, and at the end of the day through their willingness to go above and beyond, we walked out confident in the decision to buy a new vehicle from Quality Subaru. After the fact our sales rep called to make a check in call and even went on to help answer additional questions to make sure that we were fully satisfied. Even the GM made a personal call to keep me abreast of the progress as my new car came in. Chad and Peter are top notch and this dealership is THE BEST. They've earned my business for years to come. The agency is well run for customers with pleasant waiting room, snacks, attractive ladies room, computer & large TV. The owner takes time to talk to customers when he has an opportunity; we share a passion for stained glass. I've bought 3 Subarus from this agency in two locations since 1995. (My first was a now defunct garage-agency in 1985 - a DL Legacy with wonderful driver 4-wheel on demand - and an affordable price. My current is a 2007 multi-faceted Forester - a practical compromise between big and small with ruggedness built in, Bless Subaru: ahead of the crowd on passenger safety and sensible, no "jazz" design changes. We started the purchasing process by emailing Staci on-line. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Basically the whole transaction took place thru e-mail and via phone with both Ralph and Staci. Went to the dealer to test drive the Outback and seal the deal with Ralph. Ralph is always a pleasure to deal with. Love purchasing the car this way no bull and straight forward. More
