Karen was very helpful. There was some mis-communication with the car rental (Enterprise) and Quality, which was frustrating, but it got worked out by the end of the day. Quality Subaru compared very favorably to other Subaru dealerships in the area. There was zero pressure to buy; the sales consultant took the time for test drives in two different models. After my repeat visit, I was given the price for my trade-in vehicle which was $1500 more than I was offered at other Subaru dealerships - without long, painful, protracted negotiating. Their lowest price for the new vehicle was on par with offers from other dealerships, so in the end, they were the best deal. But even aside from that, the treatment we received at Quality was courteous, friendly, and professional. No B.S., no lowball offers for trade-in, no lying. Highly recommended. More

I have always had a great experience at Quality Subaru, from my lease of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT, thru the decision to purchase at lease end and finally trade in at 194,000 miles. Current Subaru is a 20 from my lease of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT, thru the decision to purchase at lease end and finally trade in at 194,000 miles. Current Subaru is a 2010 Forester that has always been serviced by Quality to the same high standards as my 2004. Great team in service. My husband and I decided to visit two Subaru dealerships, Quality and Premier Subaru. We had previously leased a car from Premier and felt that we would probably get a car from Premier but that it was smart Quality and Premier Subaru. We had previously leased a car from Premier and felt that we would probably get a car from Premier but that it was smart to shop a bit. We first went to Quality, they were friendly, informative, knew their inventory, gave us a great price on a car and were totally understanding when we said we had one more dealership to visit before making a decision. We then went to Premier and found a similar car within $400.00 of the sticker price of Quality. Premier salesperson was not knowledgable and was not sure of the inventory. She met with the manager and then gave us a monthly price that was 100.00 more than the Quality quote. When we spoke about this difference she met with her manager again and then explained that there were two ways to price and that the customer who purchased online got a cheaper price then the customer who walked in. They then gave us the "online" price which was still much higher then Quality. The Manager then explained that Quality probably had a lot of hidden fees that they had not mentioned and that we would not find out about until it was time to sign the paperwork. Needless to say we left and went back to Quality for our purchase. Premier failed in every respect when it came to customer service, knowledge and professional behavior. The experience we had at Quality Subaru was by far the best we have ever had at any dealership because of Gary, Ed and the rest of the staff we met that day. There were no hidden costs and we left with a vehicle and experience that we were very happy with. We will be repeat customers at Quality! More

The price was in the expected range (from Edmunds). As a final incentive, Mike through in the rear view camera by itself without the entire $1600 package it was part off. I bought an almost new Forester and the experience couldn't have been better. My salesperson, Matt, was great. He wasn't pushy. When I went back to pick up the car, Matt spent quite a bit of time going over the car with me as I was not familiar with where everything was on the dash. He even took the time to program my Bluetooth! He was patient and friendly the entire time. I also met Ed Chen who went over all the paperwork. He offered me the extended warranty, explaining exactly what was covered. He, too, didn't push. It was my decision. I love me new Subaru and am extremely happy with my decision to purchase it from Quality Subaru. More

Mike Mazik was a great, low-key salesperson. He patiently answered all my questions and was never pushy, rude or condescending. He ultimately priced the new one, which had more features, at approximately the price of the other. The trade-in allowance was very fair and he presented me with an out-the-door price, not one that didn't include tax and registration fees. The car was ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours and included window visors at no cost to me. I would rather not be pitched a Simonize treatment or extended warranties,( it seems ironic that the cars are presented as mechanically excellent until you buy, but likely to fail when it is add-on time.) Knowing that everyone has a job to do, I take no offense and am thankful that the buying process was neat and clean. I am very pleased with the car and with the folks at Quality Subaru. More
