Purchased a used Legacy, from Ralph, a year ago. While shopping for an SUV for my mom recently, we decided to drive to Quality Subaru to take a look at the #1 rated Forester. I was impressed by his friendliness and overall knowledge of the vehicles. Knowing that I was in the market soon for a mid-size vehicle (I owned a Honda Odyssey van), I decided to talk with Ralph and Chad about my buying interests too. They suggested the Subaru Legacy. They were very patient with me as I took my time waiting for the perfect used car to be driven into the lot. Ultimately Ralph found me a used 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i LTD and I love it! Visited Subaru in the hopes of trading in a current lease (which was over the allotted mileage) and getting into a new lease. Nothing could be more pleasant than working with a straight shooter which is exactly who Ralph is. He did an extremely thorough job of describing the different cars. Once we got to the point of actually purchasing a vehicle the back and forth was very straight forward leading to the sale. From there both Ed Chen and Mike Ward were very helpful in terms o f helping explain not only the financing options but the various extended warranties as well. I got the impression that they were trying to help me understand the various products they sell not that they were trying to sell me something for the sake of making a profit it on it. Very reassuring to be sure. All in all, it was a great buying experience, and I would recommend Quality Subaru to anyone. More

I stopped by the dealer to gather information about Subaru Crosstrek and Forester. I had been looking online for about six months and had a few hours before going to work. Ralph Aquino greeted me out in the lot, he presented himself as someone who was there to help answer any questions I might have about the vehicles I was looking at. I really liked that I was not made to feel that he would only help me because he thought I would buy that day. As Ralph answered many of my questions he also asked me some excellent questions to help me decide which vehicle would be best paired with my driving needs, He was also very upfront about the cost and monthly payments for my purchase. The entire process was incredible, from Ralph to Ed to Charlie who prepared my vehicle so I could drive it home the same day. Start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I loved that several of the employees came over to introduce themselves, talking with Karen for a while made me comfortable ahead of time for when I will be contacting her for my servicing needs. I will definitely be encouraging all those I know and meet looking for a new vehicle to stop by Quality Subaru first because of the excellent vehicles and service. Ralph is amazing!!
