I went to Quality Subaru on 1/28/2014 and asked Karen for pricing on work that needed to be done on my 2008 Outback. Karen along with Jeff helped to quote me my costs. The prices they gave me beat the local pricing on work that needed to be done on my 2008 Outback. Karen along with Jeff helped to quote me my costs. We booked the service for 1/30/2014 and when I picked up the car the bill was the same as the quote they gave me two days ago. I recently visited another Subaru Dealer to trade in my used 2009 Subaru Forester and left that Dealership discouraged and disappointed with the lackluster service I experienced. The salesman I worked with was sarcastic, rude, and not at all helpful. I then went to Quality Subaru and the difference there was outstanding in every way. I only went to the other Dealer, as it was closer to home, but will never visit there again. I should have known better, as I purchased my used vehicle from Quality Subaru and worked with Ralph Aquino and received exemplary service from him. Once inside I was warmly greeted and asked if Ralph was still there. To my delight he was and would gladly help me. He even remembered me from 2 years ago and quickly got to work helping me. He is honest, forthright, and has many years experience, but never makes you feel rushed or apprehensive during the whole car purchasing experience. He was able to find me the perfect vehicle again, which I love. I cannot say enough great things about Ralph and Quality Subaru, and will never go anywhere else when purchasing a vehicle.
