My wife and I wanted to purchase our first Subaru and when we visited the dealership for test drive, Ralph Aquino took us for a test drive on a 2014 Outback. After the test drive, based on our questions when we visited the dealership for test drive, Ralph Aquino took us for a test drive on a 2014 Outback. After the test drive, based on our questions and preferences, Ralph recommended us to test drive the 2014 Forester, but we were late for work and we decided to come back again. Few weeks later we made an appointment with Ralph and this time Ralph took us for another test drive on the Forester. We fell in love with the car after the test drive and Ralph was very knowledgeable in explaining the Subaru difference. We left the dealership and after a couple of months, I called Ralph and conveyed my interest in the Forester and visited the dealership. He gave us a fair deal and placed the order as we wanted a particular color with some accessories. When the car arrived, Ralph called me and I was able to trade-in our old car and drive out the new car. It was all done within a couple of hours as Ralph worked with the Business Manager Ed Chen, who was also great to work with and prepared all the paperwork, registration, financing etc. I would highly recommend Ralph to all my family and friends as it was a great car buying experience. I am hoping that the service department will also be able to match the same high level of customer satisfaction provided by Ralph. Thank you Quality Subaru! More

I bought my Subaru at this dealership and have always had satisfactory service. I own a 2009 Forester which recently went in for a catalytic converter recall. After the car was serviced I noticed that it satisfactory service. I own a 2009 Forester which recently went in for a catalytic converter recall. After the car was serviced I noticed that it didn't feel like it was driving correctly. It seemed like it couldn't "catch it's breath" for lack of a better description and it kept on shifting all the time. I took the car back a week after the service and they were able to duplicate the problem. They did some corrective measures and for a week the car seemed OK but still sluggish. A week to the day after the second service the car duplicated the problem again. I took it back to Quality, and left it for them to check what they thought was the problem. They found the problem and it was what they had originally told me they thought it would be, if it happened again. I picked the car up two days later. It is running like a new pony with more energy than it had before they replaced the catalytic converter. I'm very happy with the service I continue to get at Quality whenever I go there. More
