Quality Subaru Staff I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. The staff at Quality were exceptional. Looking for a new car to lease Forester Subaru was at the top of my list for cars I might want to lease. Gary Thomsen made looking for a car an extremely relaxed and enjoyable experience. Last summer Wall Street Journal had an article on finding the right size car. The Subaru Forester was highly recommended for someone my height because the visibility is so good. Since my salesman is well over six feet and I am just under 5'2' the Forester proved to be a car that accommodates many heights. As soon as I drove the Forester I loved it and knew I would be very happy owning/leasing one. Gary Thomsen made the entire process easy and by the following Wednesday April 16th. I had exactly the color and interior I wanted and was driving it home. I am delighted with my choice and I feel very fortunate to have had Gary Thomsen as my guide through the process. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. More

I was a lifetime customer of Quality Subaru. NOT ANY MORE! Salesman was very nice, reasonably honest, and well mannered. General Manager Mike Ward was a total liar and a creep. His demeanor, body language, and rude tone of voice all gave away that he was lying his rear end off. While I know dealerships need to make money, it is in your best interest to AVOID Quality Subaru at all costs. It is being run by a General Manager that yells, name calls, and swears at staff and customers. There is making money, and then there is ripping people off! Mike Ward thinks he is a rip off artist. Mike Ward is a toxic GM for the owner of this dealer. He has cost this dealer many a customer that has left disgusted and driven down the road to either Premiere Subaru in Branford, or Watertown Subaru. I recommend you go to one of those places, and not to Quality Subaru. Only go to Quality Subaru if you want to be treated like a jerk, by a jerk! To the owner-get rid of Mike Ward and you will see your sales increase quite a bit! Your employees will be happier as well. He is a jerk to everyone! More
