They did not come off price as much as we wanted due to demand and dealer trade, but overall very happy with the purchase. More

I was able to all the the negotiating on line with Kristen Ntoukiantzis who was friendly, prompt and thorough. I did not have to ask for the out the door price; everything was clearly outlined and she was able to go directly to the manager so I did not have to work with too many people. When we agreed on a very good price I test drove with salesman Chad Esposito who again was very friendly, no pressure and had all of my information available. While this may sound like the obvious way to do things, I found that it was not typical. If you are interested in a Subaru, check them out. More

Initially we went to Quality Subaru to look at a used Impreza, but it had already been sold by the time we arrived. Gary Thomsen was a great help, full of knowledge and humor, and he ultimately put me in a used Legacy that will do wonderfully in Boston winters. He made the shopping experience fun, took me on a nice, long test drive, and kept up with my sarcastic family. Everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Salesman says "about $90/hour"; Finance guy says "$96-$98/hour. My local mechanic charges $90/hour. Called maintenance the next day: $99/hour. Do your really not know what their own maintenance rate is or do they not want to tell the truth because you would know how expensive it was to use them. More
