Wonderful Experience Chad Esposito was our salesperson and was polite, organized, well prepared to answer questions, and just a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and get us exactly what we wanted as far as model and price. He did not pressure us once which was an unexpected delight. This helped make the decision easy for us. The Finance Manager Ed Chen was very thorough in presenting all the warranty/extra options in a way that was very informative. He was extremely knowledgable and also did not pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. We would highly recommend the Quality Subaru team to all our family and friends. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, and we actually had FUN buying our Subaru ! There was no pressure or haggling. Just an honest attempt to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. Our salesperson Chad Esposito went out of his way to make sure we were happy. And the Finance Manager Ed Chen gave us great advice and worked closely with us to finalize our transaction. Even Warren Smith in the parts department joined in to make sure we were all set before we left ! Just seeing how well everybody who works at Suraru gets along, laughs a lot, and genuinely seems to like each other makes this an exceptional dealership! We would recommend Quality Subaru to anyone who wants a good deal and great service. As a matter of fact, we would say it is worth going out of your way to purchase from them because they will go out of their way to make you happy. More

Didn't get so much as a hello Stopped into this dealer interested in leading a new Subaru with my pregnant wife. The dealership was busy, but not crowded. Despite seeing several salespeople, no one offered to help us. I can accept that they may already be busy with other customers, but "I'm sorry we are busy, we'll be with you as soon as possible" goes a long way. It was frustrating that many of the employees walked right by us, again without a hello or a we'll be right with you. After twelve minutes of being completely ignored, we left. Please note I did not work with Mark Soll as listed but I could not review unless I listed an employee and he was one of several who passed us by. More

There was one salesman busy with another customer and two others who seemed very interested in pap No one greeted me as I walked into the dealership. There was one salesman busy with another customer and two others who seemed very interested in paperwork on their desks. I began to inspect the Forester that was on the floor. I spent close to 20 minutes, putting seats up and down, inspecting the cargo area... No one came to help. The only other customer left and I was the only customer in the dealership and no salesman would even make eye contact with me. After 20 minutes, a young man entered the dealership and two of the salesmen jumped up and asked if they could help him. This dealership apparently practices age discrimination and gender discrimination. If you are an older woman, go somewhere else- Quality does not want your money. More
