Mike Ward and Mark Soll were absolutely the best to work with - patient, courteous and very, very kind and in the past Paul Honious and Karen Prisco were a pleasure to work with in the Service department, as well, and I look forward to working with them again with my new car. I was particularly looking for a white Crosstrek with the Ivory leather interior and Mike wasted no time in locating one and obtained it immediately for me. However, timing is everything, I purchased this new vehicle during the DMV shutdown and Mark and Mike were both very patient and understanding in working with me to get through some of the hassles I had to deal with at DMV. Mark stayed very late on a Monday evening to ensure delivery of my car, he was very accommodating especially after a very long and busy day. Ed Chen made the finalization of the financial paperwork a breeze also staying very late and even going as far as providing me with a temporary dealer's plate to ensure delivery that night while he dealt with DMV the next day regarding a computer system glitch. They all definitely went above and beyond to satisfy me and ensure that I received my car quickly knowing that I was in a one-car household situation and really needed the car. I would also like to note, prior to dealing with Quality, I always dreaded purchasing a vehicle and that is no longer the case with this dealership and its staff. In addition, I have referred at least 4 people who have actually purchased a car from Quality along with referring numerous others. I purchased my first car when they were on Route 10 in Cheshire and dealt with the owner, Joe Blankenship (last name may be spelled incorrectly). They moved to Wallingford to a GORGEOU facility and I followed them - wonderful, helpful, FRIENDLY and knowledgeable staff no matter what department you are working with - sales, service etc. The waiting area is beautiful, inviting, and offers all the amenities - a fireplace, free coffee, donuts, newspapers, flat screen TV and so on. It's the staff that makes the place - it truly is. Every salesman I have worked with over the years has been knowledgeable and friendly, NEVER pushy and obnoxious. In all honesty, my favorite group is the Service Area - Paul Honious and Karen Prisco are magic - so very kind, caring and just all around wonderful every single time you call or go there. Their customer service simply cannot be improved upon - always right there no matter how busy it may be. Every interaction I have had with this dealership makes it #1 in my book and it should be in yours as well. Their inventory is exceptional as well; forgot to mention that aspect. They truly are the best and the ONLY dealership I would consider, hands down. Thank you Quality for the outstanding experiences you provide!!! More
