Two chances and two bad experiences I heard quality Subaru was a good dealership that cares about customer service but I was not impressed. My first experience started off alright, howev I heard quality Subaru was a good dealership that cares about customer service but I was not impressed. My first experience started off alright, however when we got into actual negotiations, it went south. They severely low balled me on the trade in value of my car and then audibly laughed at me when I told them what I was expecting (I went to another dealership and was offered the amount I was expecting the next week). After the audible laugh, the sales representative then condescendingly asked me where did gotten that price, to which I replied Kelly Blue book. Then he tried to explain to me that Kelly Blue book has two different values you can look at and one is the dealership value, the other is the value you'd expect if you sold it out right....like he thought I could t read or use the Internet. I informed him I'd been looking at the dealership value because the value for selling it out right was over double what they offered me. After being treated like a moron I left and went elsewhere. They proceeded to call me and I decided to give them one more shot to earn my business. I spoke with the rep, explained what I wanted, what I was looking to pay, etc., and I was told that I should go elsewhere. They weren't willing to work with me. I wasn't asking for something outrageous because I know they could offer better prices than what I was being offered. I felt like my business as a customer wasn't valued and I was overlooked. Which is fine because it's a car dealership and they're all about the commission but don't pride yourself on a reputation of outstanding customer service and then make a potential customer feel like dirt. I won't be taking my business to Quality ever again and I would not recommend them to a friend. More

They spent a lot of time going over multiple car packages and running the numbers on finance vs lease. I was very happy with the end result. I got the car and package with the additional options that fit my need and my desired payment. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Ralph and let home and Ed get you the deal your looking for. More
Made sure things were right So after looking at and testing driving a few subarus, I bought an impreza.....Took a LONG time to come in, but it did and it was perfect....or so I t So after looking at and testing driving a few subarus, I bought an impreza.....Took a LONG time to come in, but it did and it was perfect....or so I thought.....the ride home was incredibly uncomfortable for both myself and my husband. I called Quality the next day, spoke with Ed and Ralph (my salesman). Came back the following day for more test drives and discussions. Ralph came in on his day off to meet with us. After more than 2 hours, I returned the Impreza and bought a Forester. Pete figured out how to make it all work, and Ed was available by phone (on his day off) for a consult. Came back a few days later (I had a business trip) and picked up my new new car. Everyone involved went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with car and the final deals. Thank you. More
