2017 Subaru Forester Being satisfied past Subaru owners, my wife and I visited 3 area Subaru dealerships. We had never gone car shopping at Quality Subaru but now we wish Being satisfied past Subaru owners, my wife and I visited 3 area Subaru dealerships. We had never gone car shopping at Quality Subaru but now we wish we had. As soon as we approached the showroom door, the sales manager welcomed us, asked the reason for our visit and promptly found salesman Nick Hammond to take care of us. He was very professional in his approach, asking the right questions, yet not giving us the 3rd degree. We were in a hurry that night and we told him that we just wanted to see what they had available and that we would have to return at another time. He completely understood and did not try to rush or high pressure us. He took some information so that he could work on our deal and we agreed on a day later in the week that he would contact us with some numbers. He called us when he said he would and gave us a few options to consider. We told him that we would need some time to think it over and would get back to him. Again, he was courteous and stressed that he wanted to "earn" our business. He asked if there was anything else he could do and respected our wishes. We came to an agreement on price and went to pickup our new car. Nick greeted us, thanked us for purchasing from Quality Subaru and walked us through every step of the delivery process. He gave us his undivided attention and thoroughly went over the car's features so that before we drove away we felt very comfortable with our new vehicle. Nick did a great job.
