No Break Lights! I was driving with my toddler and a person stopped next to me and told me that I had no break lights. It was Saturday afternoon and the Subaru service I was driving with my toddler and a person stopped next to me and told me that I had no break lights. It was Saturday afternoon and the Subaru service was closing at 2pm. I called them and they said they would stay open late just for me and to come over. When I arrived over a half hour past closing, they changed the lights for free. I'm a single mother and I can't tell you how they saved me on that rainy day in February. Thank you! More

No hard sell, Got a decent deal After walking out of another dealership that day for a bait and switch issue. I saw the car I wanted online at Quality Subaru. I went to the lot, lo After walking out of another dealership that day for a bait and switch issue. I saw the car I wanted online at Quality Subaru. I went to the lot, looked at the car, and went in. I met Brendan and I told him that I had no trade and if they could make the price work for me, I'd purchase the car right then and there for cash. I hadn't even driven it yet, but I've owned many Subaru's so I knew what I was getting. I had done my homework on the price and he could tell I wasn't interested in anything else added onto the car, like the clear coat. I really appreciated the fact they he, nor his manager did not try to hard sell me or up sell me to anything else. I can't stand buying cars, but this was about as relaxed as I've ever had it. Brendan's day off was Friday, but of course, he was willing to come in so I could take delivery. I told him that wouldn't be necessary and I decided to take delivery on Sat. When I sat with the financial guy, (I forgot his name), he offered me all the bells and whistles and service agreements, but at no time did he try to push them on me. As I said, they knew their customer. They could tell I wasn't interested in any of that stuff. I truly appreciated that. Yes, I can highly recommend this dealership. I only gave 4 stars because if everything is 5 stars, it sometimes can look like a fake review. More

The trade in was easy, the trade in price fair. Ed Chen was so easy to work with in the finance department. The sales people and the staff who work for Quality Subaru are very helpful and friendly. I came in after purchasing my car to pick up my winter matts, and was treated with more smiles and such a willingness to help from the sales staff. Michael wasn't there the day I came in, and the other sales people treated me like I had purchased the vehicle from them. I called service they don't rush you off the phone, they are not condescending and are pleased to help with questions asked. I appreciate this dealership! Mr. Joe Blichfeldt, your staff is wonderful!
